Who I am

This website is run by Deana Grace, trading as Coached by Dee. If you have any questions about your information, email me at coachedby.deeg@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you fill in a form on this site, I collect what you type in. That can include your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle and anything you choose to tell me about your goals, health or injuries.

If you pay for 8 Weeks to Thrive, the payment is handled by Monzo for my company, Grow & Glow Gym Limited. I never see or store your card details.

Like most websites, this site uses cookies and collects basic information about how it’s used, such as which pages are visited. This is handled by Squarespace, which hosts the site.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry and chat to you about coaching. To send you my free guide. To send you emails, but only if you’ve ticked the box to sign up, and you can unsubscribe at any time. To coach you, if you join one of my programmes.

Your health information

Anything you tell me about your health or injuries is only used to keep you safe and make your coaching right for you. I never share it.

Who sees your information

Only me. It’s stored securely by Squarespace and in my email. I never sell your information or pass it on to anyone else.

How long I keep it

I only keep your information for as long as I need it, then I delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Just email coachedby.deeg@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
